Year 4 went on a fabulous fact finding trip to Warwick Castle. It was an early start but worth it!
The children got lost in an historical maze, found out about the attack and defence of a castle, saw suits of armour, shields and spears, a brilliant birds of prey show and climbed the mound to the site of the original Mott and Bailey Castle, which was built in 1068 by William the Conquer! Bianca, in 4P said ‘I had an exciting day out and got a little scared in the maze!’ Esa stated ‘I found Warwick Castle very big and very exciting.’
A big THANK YOU to the parent helpers, you were amazing.
